Poor comparison-- it's not like studying hard and letting others take your grades-- it's like working on a group project that's half your grade only you get stuck with the class loser who doesn't wanna do anything but ya gotta do it anyhow cause it's half your grade so ya'll 'work together' and get a grade....=P just kidding....but still a poor comparison because the sites never claim that it is theirs thereby claiming your grade.
As soon as you post your content to Digitalpoint it's not you that own it, it's Digitalpoint and they can do what they like with it whether that be sening it out as an RSS feed or profiting from Adsense. You either suck up to it or just don't use forums.
I never said DP's post were mine In fact all I said is that I found this site republishing DP's contents. That's about it. You really need to start paying attention to what you read, mate
LOL well to be honest English isn't my mother language so I couldn't think of a better comparison However, you did got my point and that's enough for me
You are a lawyer experienced in international IP law and can backup your point with quoting a law? Here in Germany for example it is quite simple: Nobody can OWN what I create. The only exception is when I die and my work is owned by my children etc then. And from what I know about US laws, transferring my copyright to somebody else requires a written statement. Can not remember to have written such a statement.
