I Need Your Helpppppp Badly PLease !!

I have been running a new website called www.funnyjokesandphotos.com and its doing ok.

Its getting over a 100 views a day even though its only 6 days old but not a single click at all. I would expect at least 2 from 200 views. Please can someone point me in the right direction.

2 clicks on 200 views would be pretty high actually... unless you were very niched...

 

It depends so much on the ads, ad placement, content....
Best advice is wait a bit more. See if there are trends forming, like positions most clicked, etc. and then play with them a bit.

 

i dont like The font. Use common font like Newtimeromans or arial

 

dont use bold

 

Cheers for the replies and I am shocked that you don't expect 2 clicks from 200 reviews but you must know adsense better than me. So what is the average clicks per view and what would be the average views needed to make £150 a month ??

I usually get 100-300 views a day, and average about 7 clicks a day. I have never considered this high though.

 

That is my point and problem, I am now getting 250 views but NO clicks at all, can someone look at my site and tell me how to recify this. The traffic is increasing but whats the point if it makes me no money. Thanks to all you guys that replied btw.

 

I would try to blend your adsense ads a bit. If They look like ads, people probably won't click them. The ones on the side aren't bad, but the one in the middle is screaming "I'm an ad". JMO

Do a search on here and the net for "adsense blending", you should be able to get some help. Hope that helps.

 

The ads I'm seeing here are nothing to do with jokes, they are about cheating husbands and stuff.

I think there isn't enough text to let adsense know it's a joke site - although there are obviously jokes, words like joke, funny, humour, laugh etc need to be in the text a bit more - perhaps every joke needs a title or little introduction to make it more clear...like 'A joke that proves whether women are more intelligent than men...' or 'I like this joke about...etc

Buy a domain name, then through blogspot, use that name as the primary url.

 

I have also noticed not a lot of my traffic is coming from the google search, any ideas why not ?

You can use a 336x280 TEXT adunit in the inner pages.. and 468x60 adunit after the posts...

There can be many accidental visitors who just entered your site and left it immediately...Check your content and put some attractive banners or youtube video if you can...

 

agreed ,, get some concentrated traffic to get some clicks.
