Hi, My friend is very good writer and he is planning to start a blog. Hi is interested in politics, wars... So I am asking you, can u tell me what do u thing about that niches!? How do they convert, what about traffic for that kind of blog etc.
Blogs about politics, etc. are getting a lot of traffic as far as I know. No idea about how it converts though.
Are you kidding? Of course its allowed. I am starting to get a good bit of traffic but it seems like only the economics and finance sections get any valuable clicks. Its not really monetizing as well as I'd hoped at all. Election ads seem to be pretty valuable, but as soon as the competition is over I start to see all these cheap ads, many for other politics websites & big newspapers.
Well military is a good nich, the thing is there´s a lot of competition, and you dont have that many visitors. Politics it might be saturated (EUA elections) wars...well if it´s a history site with analysis it might be good!

Politics seems perfectly acceptable, i imagine high traffic and i imagine not the highest paying keywords.
I think they could be ok under the profile of the content niche and the traffic, if you do a good job, but for sure those arguments cannot raise very big offers in the cpc auction, except in periods of elections..
So I'm still not seeing where politics, military or war is against TOS! If you write a blog about AK-47's, hand grenades, and Chinese throwing stars..you might get banned. I say go ahead and write until you're heart's content. You'll be fine.
In general, I think people tend to stay away from "touchy" subjects. You're just asking to get click bombed.
can you reffer to your source? for sure these niches are allowed under adsense TOS unless you are breaking the rule yourself. but as a niche, it is accepted
