Hi , im not to sure if this is the right forum to post this is but here it is.....

Host-buzz.com Might have a bad review but that was not our fault our data center had a security breach about 1-2 hours ago and we had to clean everything up on our side so everything is in working order now!

Does not really make sense, does it?
You say that it was the fault of the data center. And you say that you changed something to avoid such things in future. Does it mean you are now in a different data center?

In order to regain customers' trust, you might need to be a bit more specific on what went wrong and what countermeasures you have applied.

I was being sarcastic. How can you say their data is safe if your hosting was down/stuffed up because of a security breach? The security breach could have easily resulted in the clients data being stolen or deleted. What makes a new client or current client of your believe that there data will be safe hosted with you?

Any press release or more info about this security breach? Some people might want to know which data center was involved or might be pointed to potential security issues with their own data centers.
