It is true, the person in the photo is legally a man (was a woman) but has yet to have his female reproductive organs removed. His wife tried to get pregnant but could not, because of that they decided to stop this man's testosterone and try to get a donor. They had to keep bugging administration for a year i believe to get an actual donation from a sperm bank. He really wants to be a man, so I think once the baby is born he will go back to taking his shots and maybe get the real operation. The child probably will just call him dad.
