Don't get fooled by the pic. Thats a woman who has undergone reconstructive surgery and testosterone therapy, and who calls herself a "man," claims to be five months pregnant with a baby girl.

I thought this would be about the ads you see on buses, guys who are pregnant

 

maybe just a guy packing the six packs the wrong way

 

I think he has lots of worms inside his belly.

 

thats weird, he is pregnant or maybe suffering from some disorder

 

to me it seems he didnt eat in the right manner or he wat o a football and then it got inflated inside his belly

 

There is nothing wrong there , according to the article he/she was a female at the beginning and then decided to turn into a male but he still have the female organs
