After 2 requests still will not tell me the URL. I believe this is either not his site and is posting coments only on someone elses. If this so, there is no control and cannot claim links will be permenant. Or a forum where anyone can post for free. Why else hide the URL,, until an agreement is made? I suppose I could have agreed to go ahead and then refused to pay when I saw where the links were posted. But I don't do business like that. If this really was a good link and was on your site and had total control, you would not be hiding the details, but shouting it out to the world and doing far more trade.
To answer some questions........ The links are not on my own blogs. The links will not be deleted because they are not spammy posts, I actually make relevant comments. URL's are not given until done because then you would have no reason to pay me, my service is to locate high PR blogs and post your link. Once the url is given then you have no use to pay me.
