Logo Contest - $20 for first $15 for second!

RakeVIP.com is the logo I need created, this is for a poker rakeback site.

Good luck to all, I've had great luck in this in the past at DP.

I don't have much in mind for a vision for this, other than the 2.0 style font, with one color for "rake" and another for "vip" feel free to be creative and incorporate something involving poker.

Looking forward to giving initial feedback in around an hour, usually if I have a really tough time deciding I end up adding a third place for $10 as well, but we will see how many entries we get.

 

Anyone planning on entering this? I plan on picking a winner tonight or tomorrow if there is some entries.

Looking great so far guys, just like my last one (that I think untitled won a prize in) this will likely be a very tough decision.

 

For everyone considering submitting entries, I think Untitled had the most 2.0 look to it while anidesign fit the image of what I'm creating here the best (loved the sparkle).

Ani, could you try to make your "white" a silver or platinum to really nail on the gold/silver two tone?

 

For all concerned, let's stick with a black background, all entries looked good with it.

 

Change the rake to a silver platinum, relaly make the silver "rake" and the gold "VIP"

Make this scream upscale and modern to me, I'm loving it and anxiously awaiting a revision.

 

To encourage creativity here is another idea -

Untitled added cards to bring a poker feel, great.

Ani added suit icons, also great.

Other ideas would be poker chips, but I think ani and untitled have the right idea with this.

I'm stoked on seeing some other designs, so I just decided to changed the payouts to 30 and 20 for first and second.

 

Ends at 6pm tomorrow if not earlier, I thought it would end tonight but no revision and/or submissions have been made as of yet and not sure how much I will be on until tomorrow morning.

Well, maybe I overpushed the bling factor.......

Right now Anidesign definately takes it but still isn't "quite there".

Untitled, I like your first one better......thanks for the revision you are in a solid second place.

Xfactor, you rock as always, but that is just too "transformers" for me......remember the goal is Upscale.
