I am confusing about how can I promote my site , I have already submited it to about 20 directory today , and what will I have to do next ? I will changing my host next week , hope the loading speed will faster
You are better off finding a service that can submit them for you, but if you do it for free just make a list of directories and keep submitting everyday. The best is word of mouth or just promoting locally where you can; otherwise I would say it's a difficult thing to get traffic to your site unless you are willing to invest even a little bit of money. The best thing to do is to target sites that have the same content and do link sharing / affiliates.
Yeah, loaded a tad slow for me. Why do the social bookmarking buttons take up so much space in the theme (IE7)? Lots of wasted space.

Nice site. Great layout and easy to navigate. Your text is very easy to read and the pictures are funny. I have high speed cable and it loaded in no time on my end. Maybe you fixed it, I don't know but the site is nice. Good job!
