It's great that your site is on the first page for a keyword...
But on the first page as well we have 10 results

In case you site is on the first position, your site will have maximum number of visitors as compared to other sites on that page. I think there is a huge traffic gap between a site that rank at number 1 on Google and a site that rank at number 10. So where your site is exactly ranking and for what keyword?

One big factor to look at is also your the description meta tag that you use. This is basically what Google picks up and uses to describe your sites in the search result.

So think of that as an ad for your site, and make sure you have written it in such a way that attracts visitors to your site.

    Best,

    Sam

Sam, The Keyword "download online games" is included in the meta tag.

    angilina Please see above.
Lug, Its not 40 Million searches, its 40+ million search results for the keyword. The keyword does dance a bit around but only between 5 - 10, always on first page. I have also checked results for multiple google datacenters and the keyword is definitely on first page on all datacenters.

    Anymore views?

Depends on what keyword you are on the first page for.

46million search result or 46 million traffic from that keywords? Well sometimes traffic estimator is not accurate.

You won't get much if you are not top 5 for keywords with 3 words or more.
