$50 free credit for new adwords accounts

How long did you take to get credited?

Like I got this link from another site(well it looks like the same link it had that yahoo thing on it and the same url).

So I signed up and I was about to activate it when I thought I better check with google to make sure that it is open to Canadians before I spend the $10 for activation. Since so many offers they don't allow Canadians.

So the next day they emailed me and they said yes since I am a yahoo small business partner(what I am not but I guess since they saw that I knew the link they assumed I was) that I qualify regardless from being from Canada.

So I proceeded to do the activation. I still have not received the credits yet. In the email they said for international people it will take up to 72 hours. So this has not been hit yet but it worries me. I wish I would just get it now and be done since if I don't get it I just wasted $10 since I could have just used someone else's account and put money on there for my google adwords.

This would have saved me the $10 that I could use for the actual adwords.

 

Well I wasn't sure if it worked or not, that was why I posted the link to find out.

 

Thats great that adwords is giving those out. However its just an advertisement scheme. When you get the $50 you have to pay $5 to signup, and you can't even use the $45, it is just ....there. Its kinda hard to explain, however once you sign up you'll find out. Yahoo search marketing works the same way.

Well I was pretty sure it would work since every site was advertising it with ppl saying it worked.

But I can see I will be the first and that it won't work for one reason or another.

I am still waiting for the money.....

I think to redeem it, maybe you have to proove to google you have a yahoo small business?

 

I have no clue. Wish someone who signed up and got the credits would say something.

 

Nice find. A bit of a con though with not getting 100% credit promised.

I agree chobo! We all know we won't get the activation fee...but do we get the remaining $45?
The activation fee is probably just so you can prove you have a genuine credit card.

Well I guess they don't like me I opened up my account On Wed Evening and I still have yet to receive the credits.

Be careful with these, if you have an account already, don't use the coupons.

 

Not for me

I don't have an account but another family member has an account so maybe thats what happen?.

I not sure but kind of stupid if they can't match up different names and stuff.

All I know is I have not gotten the credit yet and its been like 3 days now.
