Looking for CPM CPC Network...

I have a site which has 20k uniqes a day, 75k pageviews and 1-2million pageviews per month.

In my adsense, i have a CPM of $0.20-$0.40.

and im looking for a publisher network which can give me these CPM results or higher.

Also a publisher network that is easy to get into.

Adsdaq is pretty easy to get into and you can set your own cpm price with them. The catch is that only part of your ad impressions are sold, but you can switch the unsold impressions to other ad programs. It's very nice

Casale is good, but if you didn't get into VCM then I can't see you getting into Casale, but it's still worth a try.

I'd really suggest you use Adbrite. Since you have so much traffic to your site, if your use Full Page Ads($.01/view) you will be able to effectively monetize the site.
