What's the most irrelevant thing you've ever sold from Amazon?

You know, you've taken all this time to set up a niche shop and then someone comes along and buys something completely unrelated to your niche!

I have a few affiliate links on my mountain-biking blog, which doesn't see that many sales, but I do occasionally sell some bike repair tools, books about biking etc.

The other day someone buys through my site...

... a 5-pound tub of honey and a book about knitting socks!

That's gotta be the most irrelevant sale I've had! Must have been a keen sock-knitting, honey-eating mountain-biker.

Yeah, it was a great surprise. $220 commission for a book, lol.

 

Wow I think those beat mine out... Here's a couple things I got credit for in the last month from my technology related blog:
Hoover Vacuum ($200 vacuum, woohoo lol)
Joesoef Moisturizing Skin Soap
Foam Rollers (?????)
Swiss Army Knife

 

and how much did you make off of that?

 

Ha, even techies have got to stay looking GOOD! And dust-free!

 

I sold a used "Shaver" for a couple dollars. I thought that was just kinda funny when someone bought that, I mean a few dollars more for one someone hasn't used.
