Hello, A couple of months before, I asked for a host that allowed warez linking and had certain specifications. I was contacted by nikko999 who offered me hosting for my warez forum. He had that site called yipeehost.com Everything was going for the best until a week ago, when suddenly, my site and his are down. And I could not contact him. I sent him a lot of emails already but he did not reply. It's been more than 7 days now and I still don't know whether he ran away or not. So I was wondering if there are other people here who took hosting with yipeehost.com? If you have, please post here or PM me please. So that we can see what to do to resolve the problem -- PS: Sorry, if it's the wrong section
Yes... People never read the first post. Warez is illegal in the US and if his server was in the US, it was shut down.
YOu are correct, however his server was in Canada, and it is illegal to host warez there as well. If you are hosting warez just be prepared to have your site shut down and having to move from host to host. You need an off shore server for this, and even most of them are cracking down on the laws, so even if it is offshore make sure it is legal, Germany can no longer host warez. and many others now. 67.205.65.210 is from Canada(CA) in region North America
This is true but we allow warez linkin forums and have done over the past few years and hv had very few requests to remove content and most the time with forums its just removing posts (well thats what we have found anyway)
yeah but I was not hosting any warez. Only warez linking. Then niko ran away after 2 months and would not reply my mail -_- Well originally, he was from malaysia. But now I dunno where he is. He even stole my domain name
