well friends.. my host told me that i can't make a site which are copyright or illegal.. i use to have y-warez.com as i thought having a warez is nice... so that people will come and download movies stuff etc etc. now its been shut-off... now i can't think of what to do ..with this domain would anyone would like to help me in this case.. what would you do if your domain name y-warez.com shut-off.. what site you would create with y-warez
Well, it's only warez you can do with it. You can find a host which allows warez... But you can sell the domain for high $$ also. Or a protest against warez? As the domain is y-warez (why-warez)... good luck anyways..
Frankly warez is about the last thing I considered as nice. Do you go to a supermarket to steal? And in the process of stealing ask everyone else to do the same? This is the real life illustration of warez. I would urge you to maybe consider putting in some efforts to create a more original web site than deal with warez and suffer the consequences.
If they're refusing to host your site based on your domain name (and not your content), then you should kick up a stink. On the other hand, if you're breaking your host's TOS, then you deserve to be kicked. Get yourself a cheap and nasty host, then put up your warez site. Then try and monetize it... It's not 1995 anymore. Warez sites are gay.
its against their TOS... as they should have told me earlier about it... thats what .. giving me RED Card when my site forum was getting nice traffic , anyway i think i will have to come-up with good idea... something nice...
no need to state in tos even. is there a sign in all supermarket that say "stealing not allowed"? would you complain at supermarket that they can not call police bcoz they did not tell you that they dont like stealing?
When you sign up, aren't you asked to click a box saying that you have read all the Terms and Conditions and agree to adhere to them ?
to be frank... i was told my my friend that i can host a warez site.... now i am doomed.. but i think its doesnt matter... atleast host have help me a lot... Still it hurts after many months.. my site is DOOMED
You could host a non warez site on the domain about why people have warez sites etc or something along those lines "y-warez" = why warez?", you dont have to have an illegal warez site or you could just sell it to someone else, or let it drop. if you hosted warez on it, then it's your own fault you got terminated

start a warez advantages and disadvantages and discussion site.. why choose warez, etc..? contradict your main purpose and do some "good" site
its was already a good site.. as i was hosting .. asian movies... as some other Popular site had same thing ... and using google adsense... but still they arn't banned by google nor host.

Everyone has his own dream isn't there are many warez isn't i bought domain so that i can have my own warez... but i didnt thought that host will bring it down after many months...
