I just tried to check the hosting croc website out and..It's down.

 

As of today, the site is back up and running.

 

Kill has yet to answer any email for pm from me... I don't think I'll be using him for march unless he returns my attempts to contact him.

 

I asked for a refund over a week ago, he replied and said he would get it to me. Never received the refund. This is terrible service.

Someone please help me! I have a few sites hosted with hostingcroc.com they have been down since friday I do not know what to do I cant get my files which I have spent hours developing I'm at a loss someone please help me

Why would you buy from this guy, the server is hosted at caro.net I am not sure if they will be able to help ou or give you any information but it is worth a try, the guys there are great.

yes sorry guys i have been on holiday (2 weeks in egypt) its my last day tomorrow.
Paypal has been limited, i did send you your refund but paypal have undon all my transactions.

I have a bank meeting on april 1st for a bank account/debit card for the company, i will then lift the limitation off of paypal.

I am sorry about the service being down at this moment in time and i have left some messages with contacts so they will be having a crack at fixing it while im in egypt.

I can assure you i am no scammer and for all long term users will get april free as i feel horrible about this as it wastes your time and causes loads of problems.

I would also like to put we have in no way oversold, we have a manageable amount of only 20 websites.

I'd like to thank all those people who said we had oversold, i think its amazing how you can see how much quota, bandwidth and websites i am hosting and then post messages on my thread.
