I'm still looking for a few moderators to jump on in. The only thing i'm waiting for is a new logo.

All kinds of mods/hacks installed, we are ready to go.

 

I will work if you are willing to pay, what benefits would we get modding for free?

 

I'd try finding friends or merging with an existing site. Finding people you don't know to just moderate is not easy, and is not a very good idea. Also, I dislike the forum color... reading on black is irritating. Just a suggestion.

Yeah, there's no way of motivating a stranger that doesn't already belong to the community without offering any benefits.
