And all features like forums
* bump thread featured not want ( new to old assending )
*all css based designing

 

Rather use phpBB, it is hard to get a freelance programmer to do something for free.

Yeah... I don't really see any freelancers helping you (are you even doing any of the work or are you asking someone to do it all for you?) for free.

 

Forum scripts cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to make, depending on how complex it is.

There are plenty of well made free open source forum scripts available, i suggest you try a few out.

Then you had best be prepared to pay. Web development isn't Burger King, even when you pay, you might not get it your way. Asking a programmer to put forth a massive amount of their time without compensation and all you add is your "requirements" isn't going to go far. And no, being credited isn't compensation. They could code it themselves and get that.

 

Write it yourself or pay, those are the only options.

 

Well too bad, life isn't fair. Go with the current free ones, code it yourself, pay someone to code it, or go to your little corner and whine.

Best way around is learn php yourself and thats very easy to learn and complete the incomplete work

I might be interested in helping you, but it depends on your attitude. Working on such a project would take many hours for me to finish, and I would be doing it for free so if it ends up not being exactly how you like, depending on how much time I have. I also would be the one calling the shots, if you start to anger me then I'll just say goodbye, as I can take rubbish from Paying people. I would like a full list of what you would like in your forum, and I mean full list.

 

First of all why you want to re-invent the wheel! when there are so many open source projects available with lots of mods. If you are talking about some specific requirements, then they are all your personal interests and I don't see any public interest in that. Opensource projects are for public domain, which I doubt will happen, do you have any plans for this project and how you will be going about it!

I want thread owner delete reply on his thread bcoz many pples spam on others thread

 

I think You can install a forum first, there be a various forum available in opensource to free to download. Then You can specify you requirement there in forum/thread posting....after that people will goes to takes intrest already ...But it all depends on - What you want to do..

 

i just want thread creater able to delete posted reply and band specific user for his thread ....
