Can anyone suggest any free backlinks checker tool available?
Are there any organic methods to find out the backlinks to my site and determine the URL.

Well....all tools are really good.....but its hard to say about accuracy......its better to use webmaster tools but for that you have to sign up thereas a site owner......

Don't ever use the link checking tool of submit express 'coz it never give accurate or I should say almost accurate display of backlinks try to compare it manually. Because the counts of backlinks present is very different from actual count on yahoo or what SEs they use for that tool..

You can't actually view all your backlinks... SEs do it on purpose...

Recommended: Backlink checker are the two: backlinkwatch and rankalert and the link command on yahoo...

Google toolbar does the job as well!

Both are best available

 

Simply register to google, get webmaster tools in your google account. Put the html file they require in your site, confirm the site and voila. You have everything you need.

Additionally, you may want to get google analytics and analyze your traffic.

 

i like this one as well. gives you the anchor text of the link plus if it is nofollowed or not.

 

Check it manually on different search Engine because they have different algo to count your backlinks.
