Actually traffic depends on your site also. 50% is Asian traffic. 50% rest of the world. I suggest you take a trial for as less 2$ to have a feel of it.

You can bet yourself that the money is from our traffic. If you need to double check simply stop the other traffic and watch ours.

Are you offering something for what people have to pay or freebies?, I just tried with the 150uv for an adult dating site but have not luck with signups in spite of the fact that the traffic seems to flow with a high ctr.

Signups depends on the landing page. Have you had signups, before getting my traffic. As mine is natural traffic and depends on human behaviour. If landing pages are attractive and offer an easy signup procedure, you may get about 25% CTR.

Hence always take a trial run and hope for the best.

If you mean target by location it is not possible. This is international traffic. However you can target by category like dating, Moderately adult, blog, business etc..
