I need a free seo software pls let me know which one is best. i can also buy it if amount is small that is below $25

Try WebCeo they have a great basic free package. There are people who will say you shouldn't use software but it can be great for certain tasks like competitive analysis.

 

Ya try webceo. I think it is the best available free one but with seo software doesn't mean it will get you top ranking.

or buy it at $ 29 , which is nearer to your budget.
