It's a keyword that is being searched right?
    That's pretty strange...

The search term you are ranked no 3 for probably is not a popular search term.

You need to target more popular keywords. There's no point ranking for something that people do not search for.

its not that if you rank higher for a keyword you will get traffic , you have to rank higher for popular keywords to get traffic

higher rangkings doesn't always mean higher traffic. It still depends on your keywords if it's high search volume.

Higher ranking will not always result in higher traffic

From the beginning of my website I've ranked #1 for my first and last name. Only one problem — nobody searches for my first and last name! What matters is ranking for keywords that are often searched for.

Do some research on the free WordTracker to discover keywords that are worth targeting and optimizing for.

Try to use a keyword research tool, there is a lot for free. and make sure that your site rank high for a popular keyword with a good search volume.
If you optimized for the wrong keyword you will never see results.

you maybe ranking high for this particular keyword but how many people do you think maybe searching for this keyword?

People would search for 'free flash games' more often than the keyword you're targeting.

well... i'm not psychic, but nobody is searching for "free flash games 4ever"

maybe you should try to rank only for "free flash games","flash games" or "free games"

"free flash games 4ever" won't be a keyword people will be searching for. Target better keywords. If you could make it to the top of the chart for the keyword " "free flash games" you will be doing better.
