Have you meet people from this forum in person? (I have)

I'm curious to know if people from here have met up for business or just for the sake of meeting people in their field?

I was talking to ace0 last night, he's in Romania and I'm in UK. We decided we could probably do some stuff together, so I went to the airport and got on a plane that was about to leave. Im in romania right now. Anyone else met people, either locally, or in other countries?

The only other members i met before I knew offline anyway so they dont really count.

bunch of us from DP here met up in LA.

 

I was in netherlands earlier today, just for an hour and I never left the airport (schipol), I've been through there so many times and never even ventured outside. Well apart from this one time i went for a weekend, but the less said about that time, the better

 

Only work or fun too? I live quite near Lisbon, 30 mnts away in country side.

 

I'll be a drunken mess that full 3 days. I'm coming over for a football game with 12 thousand other drunken scots. Word of friendly advice - don't travel that 30 miles within a couple of days either side of 10th April

 

You can come in Albania (near Romania). Im quite sure you will enjoy your stay

 

I'm only here for a couple of days, flying home on Wednesday, via Amsterdam again. Considering setting up an office out here in Romania, I'm excited at the prospect!

Lol Kel, I promised myself I'd go to at least 10 countries this year. So far:

Russia
Poland
Romania
Germany
Spain
Portugal (well in a week or so)

I'm not going to count france or holland since they were just airport stop overs. Australia looks a bit far, its not really suited to short trips. It does look nice though, maybe one day

 

Hey Vic, funny thing huh? A few days ago i met a skinhead (the good ones ) and he had been with some Ranger fans in Madrid a few weeks ago, and went to Scotlan with them etc etc and he is friend of some of ranger Supporters

In fact, he told me and my friend, that i'll be soon in Lisbon for that game with buddies from Scotland. he he

 

I have never met anyone yet from DP offline. I hope DP members in my country would organize a get together.
