I fished up or I am sandboxed?

Basically I had launched a new site beginning of Jan and then onced indexed ranked 15 - 25 in the SERPS for certain keywords.

Anyway, I then began to do quite a lot of link exchange and not realising I did not use the correct anchor text. So a few weeks laters I got a PR 2 but my site has dissapeared for the keywords I initially ranked for. Using site:mydomain.com I find I am indexed but do not appear for any of my intended keywords.

Now how do I recover?

Have I fished up by not using the correct anchor text or am I sandboxed?

Just 2 months since the site being launched. How recently did you do these link exchanges? Were they 3 way? If not, are you linking to any "bad neighborhoods"?

I have never made an adult site before so I honestly don't know what Google is looking for when it comes to link exchanges, that's a whole different ballgame.

Not very accurate but worth using all the same. The obvious bad neighborhood will be a page full of nothing but irrelevant uncategorized links, a link farm.

 

....that tool is well inaccurate and no good for adult - since I am a bad neighbourhood.
