my site is not warez....
it is a leeching site
no illegal file is store in server
the hosting is only act like a gateway,
the file is transfer through MegaUpload to User through the gateway
So no illegal file will be store in the server

Agreed. Only a fool who is too full of himself will offer you this. You'll be needing a bigger budget. Those who state the true worth of webhosting are those who are more reliable.

 

You say you don't oversell, but you said there is no resource limit. What if he uses 100% resources? I would rather a host oversell and have a good uptime than a host which undersells and has a bad uptime.

I have yet to have an unsatisfied client and have yet to have bad uptime. If a user manages to use 100% resources (and no one has yet, even large clients), then I'll have to upgrade or put them on a different server or maybe even a server all for themselves. I have no problem with this as long as the client is happy and everything works well.
