IndieRetailer, should we escalate the dispute to a claim with PayPal, and let PayPal charge back on him?

 

I would say if you've already opened a dispute and he hasn't responded to go ahead and escalate it to a claim. A dispute is a low level complaint that provides a venue for the participants to arbitrate themselves and provides PayPal a record of the dispute. PayPal won't jump in until it goes to a claim.

I don't understand why these guys are asking him to pm more details... As, now its well known that he's a scam

 

a. They are fucking idiots.
b. They are looking to increase post cost.
c. They can't read english very well.

 

I don't actually blame him; it appears he was not able to manage the projects, he should be taking one project a week.

I have been reading Wildstone "guaranteed seo service" threads in DP - And there are several such threads. Almost all similar threads have the same prob... people not getting their service and asking for refunds.

I guess its up to the mods to decide now.

 

YOU DON'T BLAME HIM???? Then you're as big a crook as he is! He was CAUGHT being a FRAUD; actually lying, using deceptive tactics, and STEALING MONEY! And if you don't "blame him" for that, then you're condoning criminal activity and are as much of a crook as he is.

I'm assuming you really didn't think that statement through before posting, much like the people still posting "PM me with details, please." As such, I think now would be a good time to rescind your last statement. Otherwise, you've just established yourself as a crook that's not to be trusted.

 

The reason is simple; $$$$$$$ and he's pulled away with a LOT of it, especially for someone living in an India economy.

I am really surprise, when people telling here, that i run away after taken their money. But i mentioned that i am here for long term business.
