How Much Is A Forum With 7k Members And 200k Posts Worth?

Just wondering if anyone could tell me roughly how much I could sell my forum for:

Its got almost 7500 members, and over 200000 posts.

Stats:

Posts per day: 570.92
New Members per day: 18.64
Page views per month: 500k
Unique visitors per month: 8k

how much revenue it is currenty generating?

 

Only about $2 a day from one Google Ad at the top of the forum, although Im sure with more ads it could make a lot more.

My members go mental when they see ads, but Ill give it a go anyway

They are against adverts, I get complaints when I add them...

I would reckon with the amount of pageviews you have I would monetize it with other revenue methods besides adsense. 500K pageviews per month is not shabby.. Invest some more time, get the revenue up more and you could easily turn around mid $xxxx

Yeah, $2 / day is not much and buyers will definitely undervalue your site when buying. Use non-annoying ads which blend with your site's overall design and make your users understand the fact you need fund to run the site, i am sure they'll cooperate.

 

your design is good i think you should put the google ads with same designs and see once.

say users that you running out of funds so just started ads for time being
