How do forum websites like DP forum get indexed by google so fast? I want to build a forum site using vBulletin. How will I get people to join my forum wesite?
it's not easy to get a forum started.. i have two forums, both started within months of each other: the first one) has over 15,000 active members and generates approx $9,000/month in earnings the second one) never had more than 20 members.. i gave it up after a year - a total flop.. once the forum becomes active and popular Google will index it often.. The Google-bot lives at my site..

Yea usually getting a forum started is tricky, but can have a huge positive outcome and make you some nice $$.
Building up a forum is very hard indeed, even in a niche, or for customers of a company. I have never been an expert at this, so I cannot offer any help there. As far as being indexed by google, however, this happens relatively easily - just make sure you have backlinks to your forum, and the SE bots will crawl it pretty regularly. Good luck.
Forums would be very tough to market. Way too many already. And there are quite a few good ones. If a forum has large number of daily posts, SE knows that. They send crawlers more frequently to get updated content.
