What do you use to process gambling related payments

I have a gambling directory and the default payment is paypal and i believe if you use paypal to process payment for casino links etc there is a risk of getting my account banned, so i have stopped taking payment and looking for an alternative.

I can integrate e-gold or moneybookers into the directory as a payment processor but don't have an account with either at the moment, what would you recommend?

I have also heard that paypal penalizes for receiving payments for gambling links. But how would paypal know that a gamble link has been traded and that the receipts belong to that ?

They would just need to look at the site that processes the payment, as the link purchasing is automated.

Whats better to use EGold or Moneybookers?

Moneybookers is any time suggested for processing gambling related Payments, E-gold can be considered as a secondary payment option

So, has moneybooker no such policy of penalizing for revenue arising out of gambling related activities ?

Well i guess its a bit of a grey area, its not strictly gambling payments, its taking a payment for a link that goes to a gambling site...

Ive heard people have had their paypal accounts banned for accepting gambling related links (even in general directories that have a gambling section) and i have a fair bit of activity on my paypal account and would not want to risk that, so I've gone over to moneybookers with that paid directory so if moneybookers does ban me for taking payments for gambling links it will not affect any of my other online activities.

I dont know if netteller is an option for phpld?

other options i know of are egold, alertpay, stormpay, 2co & wmt
but i dont know much about them...

That is so not true! MB is 100% gambling friendly. I'm using MB for casino and sportsbook for over a year now and I did not encounter any problems whatsoever. In fact more than 90% of sportsbook and casino accept moneybookers.

And if you take a look at mb's site you see there is a page there related to gambling stuff...

MB is way... way better than paypal (base on my experience that is)

    NeTeller is 100% for-gambling...

I'd recomend something outside of te United States. With recent gambling legislation and subsequent crackdowns, it's pretty risky to even advertise gambling sites. I read an article indicating that the DOJ was going after advertisers and financial institutions; gamblers are too small of fish and the sites are located off shore... the buck has to stop somewhere and in this case it's those facilitating the use of domestic illegal gambling. I'm just saying, be careful. Best of luck to you.
