    Read people! The OP asked who makes the most with ONE website..
    Shoemoney and Jim Karter make their Adsense fortunes with multiple websites..
    PlentyOfFish is probably one of the highest earning SINGLE sites, and Digital Point does pretty darn good too.. Of course I do ok with my one website also - but nowhere near PlentyofFish and DP.. YET

    If you earned money really fast, it may also lead to trouble. Google will scrutinize your account - for sure.

    Nothing is worse than earning $1000 in your first few months and then getting banned.

    Slow and steady is always better.
