Any good FREE Pay Per Lead Programs?

i have a question for pay per lead with copeac or (any). If one consumer fills out more than one lead...how much money can one possibly make off one consumer.

 

It depends on program you promote. Most of them (as I know) will pay you once per customer.

You mean accross different advertisers? I think the answer is unlimited commissions can be paid for one consumer; with leads generated accross campaigns. It can look like fraud though so i'd be careful but if you have sever CPA offers listed and the same IP address completes a few you won't be penalized, in my opinion.
