Well, if you start a software development business, this domain could be worth between $2.000 USD and $4.000 USD in my mind... as long as Apple doesn't start legal actions because of using one of their trademarks. Seen that risk, I maybe would rate the second domain a bit higher, even it mean living with strange spelling.
