dead forum :(

    what to do with a dead forum? i have a forum and just dont know why although many people register they are not making any posts there :( The forum is 2 months old and currently i dont know whether to sell it or keep pushing it.

    Just need some advice from forum owners here! :rolleyes:

    Are real people registering? Most likely those are bot registrations. Send me the link to your forum and I'll take a look, forum traffic is a funny thing.

    Buy some Sign Ups ($40 for 250 sign ups) and jsut reply to every post that is made.
    You'll have a healthy forum in a week or two

    is it the last sig link? it only shows 85 registered members. you need lot more to keep a forum going. i think you need to market your site more and don;t give up yet. its takes time to get a forum like this going as there are so many. persistence is the key

    also, people like to perticipate on an established forum. you can buy some forum posts which you can find under content creation of this forum. that will create some activity on your forum and make others interested.

    difficult area to compete with aswell
    the big webmaster forums take up most traffic

    You could use an automated script that register new users and make comments on a certain topic, until you can get things going
