Niches to avoid?

There has been a few posts on here about niches that seem to do well and have a high click value. But what about the niches to avoid?
    i.e. niches that are either:
    • no search volume
    • low click value
    • or reasonable search volume but no-one interested in clicking

I fear my 1st website, http://www.setupwirelessrouter.com is in the wrong niche as I'm only getting around 60-70 visitors and hardly any clicks (its had Adsense just over a week). Someone said that techology sites dont do that good? Any there any more?

    Cheers.

Game niches are paying really low, I get $0.3-$0.5 per click.
I get paid $1 for every 500-700 impressions

There are a lot of popular technology websites. Could be the reason why you don't get a lot of visits. Besides only few people are interested in routers (i think).

Maybe you focus on wifi, it's still a young technology. And many people are interested in it, even non-tech savvy.
