That's an awfully small budget for a reliable reseller. If you're really going to fit something into that budget, I suggest you don't pay per year, in case of getting bad hosting.
iwhic offer very good unmetered hosting account. I suggest you use them. However, you should increase your budget a little bit.
Hi, thanks for the review But we will not be able to have you host your proxy's and free hosting for 50.00 a year. We have separate proxy plans for proxy's we don't like our proxy's on the same servers as our regular hosting.
Go with Iwhic and just dont host proxys or free hosting. Iwhic is the best unlimited master reseller here, I suggest you go with them and increase your budget a bit.
i currently pay $49 a month for what your asking, unless you find someone who is v. generous i doubt you will get anything that is near ok hosting.
