Warning Bells which caused me to post this: 1. Why would you need to post a SS of Litespeed being installed. I have'nt seen any host doing such a thing. Instead you could have posted testimonials as you claim to have. 2. Why to be a reseller......... well everyone have their priorities. ( I don't mean it is not good ) 3. Ok you'r oversold, but that you could have said in your first post and how you would manage that. 4. Sounds weird to me somehow. All these sites somewhat use same kind of resources. 5. I was ripped off once like this. 6. Why not good for long term ?? Although you boast of some good specs, due to above points your service does'nt look to be managed well. Which makes doubtful of longterm survival, putting into problem those people too who would buy from you. Yes, most host oversell but they are either a professional company or long standing host. You don't seem to have any of those. If you are gonna get angry again at me probably you would attract lesser people to buy. However, if you would just satisfy my queries logically, I think it will help me make my descsion and perhaps several others. Just to be honest I will still be intrested in the $8 per month plan.
First of all, I am not angry with you. Yes, we are using litespeed webserver , Do you know why ? Everybody will agree that LiteSpeed is much much better than Apache ,even version 2. It will only take few amount of RAM usage and it will also increase overall performance. Apache is free, but LiteSpeed is not free. We are paying for litespeed, Why ? Because we want to give a fast and reliable hosting experience to our clients , no matter they are resellers , master resellers or shared account holders. You may check www.litespeedtech.com for more informations. I know ,there are 1 or 2 other hosts , here , using LiteSpeed Webserver . Ofcourse they are also making comments about litespeed . I just know photoshop , thus I made it as an image. If you really dont know what is litespeed and its features, then I dont mind , you can ask such stupid questions. Everybody will wish for a dedicated server,but they may not be able to mange it, the next top level is the master reseller. So , I dont think a client will wish to join as reseller if master reseller is available for the same rate! lol This is our own secret that how we are managing our servers, with zero downtime , better fast, and with latest stuffs. These 3 are not the same, Proxy site is not as Warez site, and warez site is not like legal adult site. Please do a google search for more info. Because they dont know how to manage the servers and clients. WHMReseller is the pluging used for Master Reseller , www.deasoft.com There is an option to grant auto permission , but it will not work most of the time.So we are upgrading accounts manually. I dont know how you are telling that we are not managing our servers/ services well. Also, we are into this business since a year, and this is really a good period lol I saw many companies going up and down. We deal with every clients very professionally and they dont have even a complaint now. If you are pointing towards the above Iraqi client, then I am sorry , He was hosting hacking stuffs and we warned many times for removing those stuffs. No host will allow hacking stuffs , so we. I don't trust these kind of oversellers...Can you atleast give us contact info of any of your satisfied customer(atleast one?) I just want to make sure that the host willnot disappear in a moonlight! itrader doesn't show a satisfied customer. Do you have atleast 1 satisfied customer who hosted with you for atleast 6 months? If so, can you please give me their contact info? or can you please ask them to come and post here? You didn't answer my second question -- Your company is registered or not? Otherwise, you run an illegal business.
LOL Your current hosting company , sambahosting , is not a registered company. Then why you are hosting with them ? Did you ask them about their registration details before purchasing a package with them ? What do you think , reliable hosting or company registration, which one is required ? Shut your mouth if you are not interested in our package and company. We applied for the registration according to India Govt's policy ( Kerala State) and completing the registration process. We have many satisfied clients and we have clients older than 1 year , and they are still enjoying our service. Since we are providing private labeled reseller hosting, we can not provide our clients details. Ofcourse I am. I have asked their registration details and verified everything before signed up with them. I did the same to hostgator as well. What will I do if your mom cut your internet connection, since you are not a company now? If the registration process is going to complete, please announce your registered company name here. There are a lot of ways for us to check your validity. See I am not against you or something, I just want to make sure my websites should be reliable if I host it with you, I use my websites for living. Please announce your company name here. We will verify your honesty, otherwise this thread will be reported to a DP moderator and they will "take care" of you. U are unncessarily poking at him. He can as well report you to the mods. He is not obliged to send you any information. If you feel he is not good for your hosting needs then you should go elsewhere. You will as well buy hosting from a 5yo but I don't know why you are so aggressive in demanding all the information from him. Have you given him all the information about yourself. He too is entitled to know what kind of person you are and won't misuse his hosting for illegal purposes. Can you give him that gurantee ?? Just because your the buyer, it does'nt mean you have all the rights to say and demand anything. Do you gurantee you will buy his hosting and a good one after so much of pestering ?? This is all so ridiculous.
I cant provide you more information regarding this, at this time, because I do not manage that side of business. That are managing by my partners/co-workers and their lawyers. No he is not running a fraud company he is running a honest legit company. As far as him being banned I don't know the reasons and that is none of our business, it may just be a temp. 7 day suspension. But all his clients he is not going any where and you are safe with him.
Yes! IwhiC is totally correct, as I stated in a thread he is honest and not away for his customers. The ban doesn't mean that you are a fraud or something. Well, If I dont defend vivek here then I would not be honest DPer I have been with suntex for more than 6 months and I m more than happy! He is very professional and you will not find any major issues with him. I have been with many major Hosting companies from DP and out of DP and have provided reviews to many out of which I would rate Vivek as one of the BEST. There have been downtimes which he has attended to in the quickest possible time and was helpful whenever any issue cropped. He might have been Banned for some infractions but his services can be depended. Im writing this because so many Scams are here and Honest hosters are very hard to find. Suntex and vivek are few of their breed and I would like to see him in this business the same professionals tandards he has maintained all these time.
