I trust SunTex's story, they do contact you before they suspend or terminate.

I have no doubt that they would of contacted you before they terminated.

I have had users that have abused (more than 5), and suntex simply contact me and ask me to suspend within 24hrs, they do not suspend me or warn me.

The problem is with your script,

As you said, one of your friend is having the same script hosting with us and he manged to install the script himself.

We normally do not install scripts for our clients, But I installed the script http://fadiayat.com/ for you and I can see the site is working fine .

I manaually created all the database and tables for you , because your script failed to do so. I uploaded all database tables , I inserted all table values except one table because it is of 18MB size and I left that duty to you.

Thats why the videos are not showing there. You are again telling that the problem with server, lol
Infact, you know how to install the script but you dont know how to debug it if there is any error.

I worked over 2 hrs only for you , and you made me mad, after installing, by telling that, you cant see your site online.

I gave you upto 3 proxy site for checking your site and you are not even listening to me.

Than please explain me what is overselling. lets say, You have 500 GB hard disk+ 2k bandwidth per month, and you sell unmeter space + bandwidth to many. what is this??

 

By Unmetered , we means, You can use all the available resources , all the available hard disk and bandwidth ( both can be increased by adding another hard disk and paying for extra bandwidth from our pocket ) for good cause.

Yes, I fixed the script and installed it for you.

The script did not install any database tables. I checked the /install/index.php code and I did not find anything that will create the tables .

Also , I found a DB/DB.zip which contains all your database tables. And you need to restore them manually

I checked the file and found there are 3 tables.

I restored 3 tables and left the 1 for you because of big size ( thinking that you want only the installation from me) . And that table contains all the video's data.

Your complaint was, You cant install the script, and I solved it by installing the script for you.

In case of FTP, we did not notice any ftp downtime, no user complained about it . I think the Firewall blocked your IP temporarly. If you are trying to login to ftp with wrong username and password for more than a few times, then the firewall will block your ftp. That may be the reason for the ftp downtime (for you)


We usually do not install scripts for our clients. Its clients responsibility to install their scripts, But I spent hours for you and your adult site script. You did not even respond to my yahoo chats in a timely manner.

Your account is more than 7 days old. Our moneyback period is 7 days, But still I offered you a full refund, but you did not even respond to my yahoo chat. And I never told you that , I will not give refund. Did I ?
