User retention is very poor as the site is rarely updated and has no community features. you know exactly how much its worth, but you also know its only worth what people are willing to pay if your getting 7k a month then I would just invest 3k a month eating into freeonlinegames _.com as they seem to be the market leader.
i wont sell that site less than 150k$ when it rank on such good terms .no need to spend time to maintain
Actually what happens if you get banned from Adsense!? Its really a shame purchasing the site for $150k and getting banned from the main source of income!
why would u be banned for no reason ,if you do spam you will be banned you must pay price for spam my though
