The program I am promoting is called PayPerPlay. They are still in beta and are playing audio ads. They need more people to sign up. They were a closed beta but recently opened up again because they need for more publishers. Right now they are rolling out 100k in audio ads per day and are increasing that total. Send me a Pm or post here for a link. They pay 2 levels of referrals so If you can refer a lot of people it might be worth signing up for. They Have ads that are geo specific. Some advertisers will only want certain traffic from certain area's. There is Ads playing for countries other then the US. if that is what you are asking. Though I believe US traffic has more advertiser then other countries. I think someone with proxies with a lot of traffic would do well with this program added to there sites as well as the other forms of advertising they use.
