Your account is not limited as per the standard limitation where you cannot withdraw and receive money but what you have that you have a withdrawal limit. It is really not too bad since you can withdraw $500 a day so that means you can withdraw $15,000 a month which is a nice limit. Transferring money here and there would be complicating and does not solve any issue.
i think im limited coz Loco said "if you have 15 000 $ in your paypal you can withdraw 500$ per DAY! you dont need to send the money to any other account" i try to withdraw but when i click add bank account heres what it say You are currently not allowed to add a bank account because your account access has been limited.
yes im verify.. that "add bank account" is when i withdraw my money after u fill all the requirement in withdrawing the last step is to click the ADD BANK ACCOUNT"

the paypal is asking for utility bill im just a student is it ok if i send them my assesment in school or the receipt of my school payment??and i will also send a copy of my voters ID and Postal ID im planning to call paypal before i upload my file just to make sure that they will received it..any suggestion??? tnx a lot can i upload 2 files too???
Naidz ! it seems that we(i got the same message everytime i try to withdraw) are having the same trouble..but i got only $90 there.. i don't belive these paypal jerks. i had sent them mail but till now no +ve response... i hate their service. i wish we could have some better alternative... please keep posted the latest. i guess, that could help.
I have business account. I was verified since 3 years. I had recieved all checks till today. When I was already verified and added bank account there was no problems. So If you say you are verified and are not allowed to add bank details then it is because your account is limited due to some other reasons. If you still think your account is active but is not allowing to just add bank account then withdraw via check and deposit that check into that bank account. Thanks.
but to withdraw a cheque you need to enter your credit card number to verify your address. And I don't trust paypal anymore. we are in problem and they don't even care for replying back. And what if someone don't have credit card or just poor?
Well many people have put their credit card numbers in paypal. If you as a single user cannot trust paypal then how will paypal trust the users.

Paypal just takes that known fact and the fact that credit cards are issued by banks and banks are very thorough when they issue credit cards because they will ensure that you are who you claim to be and that you are not a credit risk. Paypal requires that because with probably hundreds of millions customers, it is difficult to determine who is real and who is out to cheat.
I know you guys are right! but somehow i found moneybooker more safe and no-hassle payment processor. I used paypal by mistake, i've no time for these issues. Don't know about anyone else, but i don't like trouble and calling paypal, giving justifications for what is mean.... no offense guys. but i'm not a paypal fan anymore..
if you hit $1000, they will restrict it anyway, for security reasons. you need to send color certified copies of the ID,passport , bank statement to PAYPAL. And you can just email them that. If you need to call, use SKYPE. Good luck and they will take as long as 3 months for philipines
