My other site Endless-4um.com has a Alexa Rank of 1,204,390 that site gets 5-10 visitors a day.

 

yes Alexa rank is pretty much useless especially in this demographic of Myspace. How many myspace surfers will have Alexa toolbar installed???

Still waiting for traffics and adsense screenshot with URL. Your screenshot doesn't have URL in it and you are grouping by 'date' only which have no meanings unless you group both 'channel' and 'date'. Please group it by both channel and date. When people group it by date, they are usually grouping more than 1 site.

Do you track the site with awstats or analytics? If you want to sell the site for more, please provide traffic and group your adsense screenshot by both date and channel. Displaying better stats will only help you get a higher bid from all users. People are bidding on your site for the contents and the domain name, you could get a lot more if you display better screenshots of traffics and stats. Your site is actually worth at least $400 if you provide traffics stats for buyers.

Yogafield. com is not actually making $400/month, it just appears like that to people who have never purchase a site before.



I would really love to purchase your site at $300 if you can display traffic screenshot or better adsense screenshot, make sure to include URL and don't hide anything.

I was thinking about bidding...but if the seller wont even accept paypal from a verified buyer with 14,000 transactions and 10+ iTrader than there is no point.

 

Seems sketchy, I'd like to bid though.

 

I send the seller the full payment through Paypal. After sending him full payment through Paypal, he refunded me the money 15 minutes later and said there is no confirmed shipping address. I have purchased a few sites before using Paypal and this is the first time someone requested a confirmed shipping address for a digital product. He said the confirmed shipping address will protect him against Paypal dispute and chargeback. If he doesn't trust me even though I'm verified 14,000 times through Paypal, then I guess I can't purchase the site.

We both agree to cancel the deal. So, this is up for sale again. WharfeValley Systems is next in line. I think you should still bid to secure next in line after WharfeValley Systems
