OK, my system admin is away for a week or 2 and I need to get my Xen server up and running.

Every time I reboot it, it crashes because (Quoted from the datacenter)

    And then they said:
Can someone help me on this? If needed I can pay someone to fix it :)

    Thanks!

Do you have KVMoIP there? How about your hard disks configuration?

How about your raid configuration? Have you tried to swap-out disk one by one? The chance you have a failed disk...

I have a friend got failed disk after 6 hours using. Yes, it's a new one. I myself got one disk failed after 1 year, meanwhile all other disks ordered at the same time, the same product line/date are working fine.

I built a new server about 2 weeks ago and one of my HD's failed the next day! Good thing I was using 4 harddrives with Raid10....phew. Hard drives can fail at anytime, it doesn't matter if they are right out of the box.
