New @ Adwords, My ads stopped showing

Hi everybody

Just signed up for google adwords and running a campaign with only one keyword and a good bid to be in top 5. My ad was visible for 10-15 minutes after it just stopped showing my ad.

What could the reason be?

I get this message when trying to find if my ad is running or not :
"You have reached and exceeded your budget"

But i have more than $300 in my account and my bid is $1.20 and my daily spending limit is $300. And i just spent $15

 

adwords starts you off with $50 daily cradit and then it increase to 200, 350, then to 500 max daily limit. but stopping your ad at $15 is fishy. they dont have phone supportm i suggest you contact live chat and see they can help

 

I opened 4 other accounts with my 4 other credit cards with my other 4 other domains. Same stupid thing happened to all of them.

WTF!!!!

So imagine that we are ready to run a high budget campaign to advertise our business but we cannot do it!

did you do post pay or pre pay?

What is the difference? I mean i know the difference but one of these payment option trigger this problem or what ??

 

I have the exact same issue. I am in post pay mode and also not declared as a business.

 

I'm also having the same problem. The keywords are activated with GREAT QS but I'm not getting a single impression. Anyone know what's wrong?

 

However i see on results who just started to give ads and stay on #1 for whole night!

 

My ad campaigns never had that problem. Did you try customer service?

 

yep i tried to contact them via email and live chat. They said they will try to find what the problem can be. It's already more than 48 hours. Never got a reply from them

Is anybody having the same issues regarding ads not showing and the "reached and exceeded budget message?" I think I found a way around this.
