    google adsense is very strict in fraud click. if it is found fraud click on published ad, it will immedately terminate your account and never active you account again.

    Hello dipendra,

    Everyone knows that ::

    But what if someone doesn't get any fraud clicks & the account was banned due to the 3rd party invalid clicks..

    I don't think Google has a target when banning people, all people breaking the TOS, or suspected to are BANNED.

    I'm sure Google will take care of it, but you will have to accept it and less worries about it, even if you got banned for that stupid reason. It's not like there is no tomorrow. They bans you when they want. So enjoy making money with Adsense when you are still with them.

    i dont think ne thing like this happens .... if indian publishers dont voilate TOS... why will they get banned !.... google cant do this !...

    if they do this ... it will be like voilating their own TOS..

    I agree for your reply, but we all hope in future that google must warn 1 time & then ban the account next time with some reasons by which it will be helpful to that publishers & others too that where did they had been in mistake.

    Maybe it is not the proxies Adsense ban but the traffic, especially if they are not getting enough click throughs, google did not explicitly ban proxies.

    Hello MidMido,

    I want to make u clear that Iam an successful publisher since 2006, so from the beginning i didn't cheated (or) violated GOOGLE TOS, but unfortunately my account was banned in the first week of Mar-08 without any reason...

    I requested to Google to find out where did the invalid clicks were generated, I had applied my request through online appeal form (with all my details along with log files)... but still now there is no reply from google....

    Can you tell me when I can expect replies from google...

    Indian generally get into the tendency of Click Fraud. And they don't admit it. That is the reason.

    what's your site?

    Sometimes there are chances that Google bans publishers who do n't violate TOS for some reasons

    You may be just a one off case
