$100 Template Contest

I am in need of a 1 page design coded.

the stipulations

1)If you are just doing the design then the winnings to you is only $50
2)If you design and code then it will be $100
3)If I come across 2 designs I like then those 2 will get $50 and I will need to find some one to code them
4)If I am not happy with the designs I will cancel the contest
(talented designers here so wont be a problem)
5) Contest goes until March 28th or sooner if I find a winning design.

I have coded a "Game Cheat" website and I just need to find a design I can wrap around it.

needs to have these platforms in a navigation either header or side bar or both

also please watermark your image but I would like to see full quality posted on a couple websites

OK You can stay in. But thats not really what I am looking for. Google around for some cheat sites to see what I am after
