Need Someone to Design this ..

I need someone to design me my new project

It is a One Page Website " Thats only the part you are designing "

It will be a page full of bubbles .. each bubble is a website .. Like MySpace, Facebook, etc..

When the visitor clicks the bubble .. it will open in another tab\window .. OR it will show him a few options " we will discuss that later "

and i want there to be a On\Off search .. so he can search for the site he wants .. Because maybe there are TOO many bubbles and he wont stay there searching forever

I want you to add admin panel .. where i can add\remove\modify bubbles
I think that would be GREAT in Ajax .. I'm not a programmer at all

Plz offer your Prices .. Regarding that I can NOT pay alot at all .. cuz my project has other stuff to pay for " Hosting, Domain, Scripts, etc.. "

It's best that you offer a budget. Since you want a backend and AJAX coding, prices can go up.

That's nice, but only the backend would be ~$30. AJAX coders as well as Flash coders are quite expensive. Good luck,
