I wrote this up .........

I have consolidated all my knowledge in SEO into one single manual.

Our primary objective is to get you traffic from Google , we have mentioned some tips and tricks which will help in ranking your site better than before . These tips don't apply to Google only but other search engines as well.

Google has a unique search engine algorithm and your pages get ranked on the basis of this algorithm. Its called page rank and is something like this

Google is the most popular and widely used search engine; if your site doesn't get traffic from Google then you are missing a lot. If your site hasn't been indexed on Google then you can submit your site at Google.

Getting back links to your site
This is one of the toughest jobs, to get quality back links to your site. There are three ways to get back links from other sites to your own site. One would be creating something unique which later gets on the news, second would be that your members get back links to your site and the third would be that you yourself get them.
How to create back links?
You can create hundreds of back links to your site, by commenting on other people's blogs and forums.

Meta tags
Though Google doesn't rely on Meta tags anymore, their bots crawl those Meta tags. I rarely use Meta tags, maybe sometimes to rank higher for some non competitive keywords at Google.
Meta tags include description, keywords, author and you should use it your benefit.
Here's how you can add Meta tags into your page.

Bolding of the keywords
Whenever your text is in bold it does grab attention of not only the visitors but also the search engine bots. For search engines bolding of the text means that you are emphasizing on that particular content. Google obviously does takes this into importance but if you bold all of the text then the search engine would ignore this , so only use it for important keywords and text .

Title
A site should have a title. Basically you should use the title to tell what the sites purpose is. I use webmaster advisors forum as a title for my forum because its all about webmasters. If you search for webmaster advisors then this site should rank pretty well because of two reasons, first is accuracy and second is non competitive keyword. It also ranks pretty well for other keywords which account for traffic at this site.

Link optimization
Here is a proper format to put links over your site. This increases the quality of back links.
Relevant back links are much better than tens of irrelevant back links.

Site wide linking
Each page at your site should have link to main page of the site. This is useful in case of few search engines.

First thing is that whoever is answering the post here are not the beginners right.

Secondly this type of information is to be typed in when any newbie want to know basic or fundamental of seo.

So better keep this with you and when time come then post it not now.
