I'll start by saying I know very little about this stuff, so I don't even know if this is possible, but there is a site I need to get OFF the first 2 pages of google, either by just removing it, or by putting other sites ahead of it. If you can help, please PM me ASAP.

Depending on the niche it shouldn't be too much trouble. Register a blogspot and wordpress site, squidoo lens and find some other free sites.

Build a few domains with great content, buy some old domains.

This better be really important because it's starting to seem like a lot of trouble...

PM me if you want help, it won't be free however.

Best place to start learning about SEO for free. If your looking to prevent pages from being indexed you can use the robots.txt file and robots meta element to achieve this. Below would be a few examples for the robots.txt file with different blocking methods.

Site Wide Block - Disallow: /
    Directory Block - Disallow: /directory/path/here
One Page Block - Disallow: /path/to/web-page.html

Have u submitted google sitemap? if yes than go to google webmaster tool and ask to remove those page.

this is one of the best option, you can write this url in robot.txt or put robot meta tags in those pages. it will help to remove those pages from google.
