Low CPM with Adbrite

I've recently joined Adbrite and I'm curious if this is normal to get a $0.05 CPM.

21 cents after 4000 views seems low to me.

How are you doing with Adbrite? Anyone have any Ad-vice? ;)

LOL, this is quiet low :p
I am presently using Clicksor as Adbrite doesn't use Paypal and get $1.2 for 4000 UV.

    Cheers.

I didn't have much success with AdBrite. I had a low CPM like you.

I have had a similar experience with Adbrite, only a few cents for every 1000 views. Thinking about dropping them, Burst Media brings in at least a few bucks for every 1000 views for me.

20.000 ad zone views - earned $1.30 - auto approve on

20.000 ad zone views - earned $0.75 - auto approve off

20.000 ad zone views doesn't mean that you have 20.000 unique visitors or page views. If you have lets say 3 ad zones on the site. Then every page view will multiply with 3 and you will get ad zone views.

    Example:
1 page view - 3 ad zone views
10 page views - 30 ad zone views

Adbrite not only shows poor quality ads but page loading times suffer significantly. It may have a little higher cpm rates from other networks but not worth the trouble and bad user experience(speed and ad quality).

It does seem rather low. The best thing to do is to try different things and different programs. Different programs work better for some sites than others.

I also experience low CPM rate. Maybe my keywords are not good enough?
