I've just been having a look, it's actually a clone of dmoz, why don't you bother to change the descriptions? Taking the links wouldn't be so bad but at least take the time to do your own descriptions and reviews instead of copying them. In the examples I took there was no excuse for meta descriptions being the same.

Be unique not a dupe. You know what they say about users of steroids, they usually cheat.

    Hello JamieG

I appreciate you looking at The MasterMOZ Web Directory, unfortunately you missed a few features and aspects of it. First of all ONLY the supplemental listings are from Dmoz. If you look at our member listings you can see that they are completely UNIQUE. Here are some category examples so you can take a better look:
    Real Estate
    Business Services

    Here's an individual member listing:
    Member Detail

Also we have many unique features not seen else where, including the listing going online Immediately and open real-time review and rating system:
    Review
    Offline

You know, just last week I had to take my dog to the vet, because she was sick. The vet have her a steroid shot. By that night I noticed an improvement in her condition, and now a week later she is much better. That is true.

I have previously worked in Drug Prevention Education for many years. That is also true. I would in no way encourage the use or abuse of steroids. "MasterMOZ is like DMOZ on STEROIDS" is a metaphor and we believe because of it’s many unique and comprehensive features, it is. We got this metaphor for one of our members, you can see his quote on the right site of this page.

Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the lesson in steroids. :D Seriously though, arent you legally supposed to attribute your use of dmoz ?http://www.dmoz.org/termsofuse.html you wouldn't want to mislead potential users would you?

Maybe you want to read the terms of their site as it might help you avoid any problems at a later date.

Good luck by the way. :)

Whatever steroids this directory is taking you need to be checking for side effects. Take a look at the text in one of your links...http://mastermoz.com/index.php?action=displaycat&catid=41234
Don't you bother checking what's getting submitted or what?

With an architectural bent, Wandrlust (who needs a silent ‘e’ anyway)

That is a browser character translation issue, it looks correct in some browsers and not in others, we are looking into it:

    This is what I see:

    Thanks.
